12 second Cuer for Hiccups

Forget drinking water upside down, holding your breath for 2 minutes, being frightened, meditation and all the others. This is finally the true hiccpu cure, stopping hiccups in as little as 12 seconds every time.

I tend to get the hcicups around 4 times a week. Sometimes they can go on for several minutes and it's a bit of a hassle. I've tried all the so called "cures" with little to no success. Even the crue which does work takes sveeral minutes of effort. It was only by accident that I stumbled onto what I believe is finally THE cure for hiccups. To my knowledge thsi is unique and the fastset cure ever developed. During a bad case several weeks ago I started holding my breath, then out of boredom began walking around my living room. I decided to do a little stretching while holding my breath so placed my hands above my door frame and leaned forward, and what do you knwo within seconds the hiccups stopped. You should feel an arch to your back and your abdmoen stretching. Continue to push your hands upwards and let the weight of your body send you through the door frame. Maintain this stretched position for 30-60 seconds while holding a big breath. I take my large breath then perform the stretch and hold. I have gotten my cure down to about 12 seconds now.
